2. Acknowledgements

It is with sincere thanks and appreciation that the National Perinatal Epidemiology Centre would like to acknowledge the many healthcare professionals who contribute to the perinatal mortality national clinical audit. In particular, we would like to thank the unit co-ordinators who co-ordinate the collection of perinatal mortality data at unit level. This report would not have been possible without their dedicated support and co-operation.

We would also like to acknowledge members of the Perinatal Mortality National Clinical Audit Governance Committee for their guidance in the continual optimisation of this clinical audit. Furthermore, we extend our thanks to the National Perinatal Epidemiology Centre’s  Governance Committee for their support and intellectual input as the Centre continues to grow and evolve.
