ALK, a leading Danish pharmaceutical company producing treatments for allergies, is now in its second year of supporting UCC’s Postgraduate Programme in Allergy and Clinical Immunology.

On 28th April 2023, Professor Helen Whelton, Head of CoMH, and CAO SSWHG, was invited to speak at the University Hospital Limerick Clinical Education & Research Centre Grand Rounds.

Prof Whelton spoke on the value of ‘Bridging the gap between academic endeavour and health service'.  

UCC has appointed Professor Gerard O’Keeffe as its new Vice Head for Research and Innovation at College of Medicine and Health.
