There are currently two methods of studying part-time undergraduate courses or modules in law at UCC.
The first is our Evening BCL, a level 8 degree course that runs on a two-year cycle (i.e. has a new intake every other year) and takes four yearstom complete. All students recieve a Diploma in Law on successful completion of second year and some students do choose to exit the programme at that point but most continue on to complete the full degree. The second option is to consider taking individual modules. Flexi-Options is a way to study up to 30 credits of a degree as a non-degree student. These would not be considered as part of a programme but, should you subsequently gain a place on a programme, you may enquire whether they may be considered for exemptions if relevant. Contact the Admissions Office on T: +353 (0)21 490 3561 to find out more about this as an option. Closing date for applications is in late August. Click here for more information.
