Learning Circle Report
National Learning Circle Report
On December 1, 2015, the GENOVATE project convened a National Learning Circle themed ‘Gender Equality in Academia'. Its aim was to open space for colleagues engaged in promoting gender equality in higher education to:
(i) reflect on achievements, opportunities and ongoing challenges (individual (institutional) and collective), and
(ii) strengthen our shared technical knowledge and expertise through learning.
The Circle was structured into four mini thematic learning circles: achievements, challenges, key learnings and proposed actions. The responses to the questions posed were collated into word clouds, as documented in the Feedback Report see LC Report .
