Key Dates and Registration
Academic year dates
The UCC academic year follows a schedule of important dates. The key semester dates, including holidays and exam dates, are available for you to view at this link.
Registration
Registration is when you enrol on your degree programme, pay your fees and upload your Personal Identity documentation. These are your first steps to becoming a UCC student.
Registration opens in August and an email will be sent to you, when registration for your specific programme opens, with your Student IT Account Password and instructions on how to complete your registration.
Collection of UCC Student ID Card:
Your registration email will include details on how to make an appointment to obtain your UCC Student ID card once you arrive to campus.

4. Confirmation of Module Registration
Details will be emailed directly to students who are accepted onto UCC programmes.

- Online Registration: During registration, you will enrol on your postgraduate programme, provide biographical information, and print your confirmation of registration.
- Registration - Next Steps: involves further documentation upload steps that we need you to complete. Once these are done, you will be officially confirmed as a UCC student. After online registration is completed you will receive:
- an email with weblinks to allow you to upload valid identification documents

Orientation will take place on campus in September. It is an essential part of your journey to becoming a UCC student and will provide resources and information about the UCC campus and your chosen course of study.
