HRIS Information
Logging in to HRIS
HRIS live/production can only be accessed using the UCC virtual app at https://virtualapp.ucc.ie (opens in new tab/window)
In order to login to HRIS you must connect to Virtual App first.
Can you access Virtual App?
- The webpage for virtual app can be found here https://virtualapp.ucc.ie/
If you cannot successfully access/login to this page, then contact the IT services helpdesk helpdesk@ucc.ie
Access to HRIS application
- If you have successfully accessed the Virtual App select 'Staff Desktop - HRIS' and then click on the HRIS shortcut on the desktop
Please contact HRIS Support if you can connect to virtual app but only see the Staff Desktop and cannot view the separate 'Staff Desktop-HRIS' by logging a ticket through the Self Services Portal, portal.ucc.ie

HRIS Demo
HRIS Password Policy
For security reasons your HRIS password will expire every 90 days.
This password must be a minimum of 14 characters in length and include at least 1 digit, 1 Capital letter, 1 lowercase letter and 1 special character.
For Password Resets or Locked Accounts please log a ticket via the Self Services Portal. On portal.ucc.ie just select People & Culture - HR Systems. Alternatively you can email your query to Hrissupport@ucc.ie
