Senior Lectureship in Biostatistics
College of Science, Engineering & Food Science and College of Medicine & Health
Applications are invited for a whole-time permanent post jointly between the Department of Statistics and the Department of Epidemiology and Public Health. The Department of Statistics is a constituent part of the School of Mathematical Sciences, in the College of Science, Engineering and Food Science and the Department of Public Health and Epidemiology is in the College of Medicine and Health. These Departments are committed to a range of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes across the University. The candidate will be expected to enhance University College Cork’s (UCC) excellence in research and teaching in the area of Biostatistics. Quantitative aspects of population-based health research are a major strength and opportunity for growth at UCC.

Appointment will be made within the following salary scale depending on qualifications and experience. Salary scale [new entrants]: €70,035 – €99,233.
