Research Studentships in Bacterial Signalling and Pathogenesis

Applications are invited for two Research Studentshipsin the group of Dr Max Dow within the BIOMERIT Research Centre to work on the bacterial second messenger cyclic di-GMP and its role in the regulation of virulence in bacterial pathogens of humans and plants (see Ryan et al., PNAS 103: 6712, (2006); Dow et al., MPMI 19: 1378, (2006).
These positions are funded by the Science Foundation of Irelandand are available from January 2008.
