PROFESSOR OF MARKETING

College of Business and Law

The College of Business and Law is comprised of the Faculty of Commerce and the Faculty of Law.In Commerce, the College offers a broad range of undergraduate, postgraduate and post experience courses to meet the needs of both public and private sector enterpriseslooking for high quality business education, knowledge and research.

The Department of Management and Marketing at University College Cork contributes substantially to a broad range of business programmes at undergraduate, postgraduate and executive level. The Department is committed to contributing to the development of business within Ireland and to building an international research reputation.

UCC invites applications for this New Chair (full professorship) in Marketing.The Chair is located in the Department of Management & Marketing.The Department is strongly committed to research scholarship and teaching excellence.It has a central teaching role in the MBA and the BComm and contributes business modules to a wide variety of programmes across all areas of the University.

The Chair in Marketing will enable a distinguished scholar to lead marketing programmes and marketing research and to contribute to the further development of the Department.

Suitable candidates will have an established record in the discipline of marketing, an excellent record of international refereed publications, a commitment to research-informed teaching and demonstrated academic capacity for leadership.
