LECTURER IN APPLIED SOCIAL STUDIES (EARLY CHILDHOOD STUDIES)
College of Arts,Celtic Studies and Social Sciences
The Department of Applied Social Studies is seeking to recruit a permanent lecturer in Early Childhood Studies.Applicants should hold a relevant qualification and have an excellent academic record.A Ph.D. is desirable.The successful applicant will be expected to participate in an interdisciplinary team in Early Childhood Studies consisting of:Education; Child Health and Paediatrics; Applied Psychology and Applied Social Studies.S/he will contribute to the development of teaching and research in the Dept. of Applied Social Studies.

Salary scale [new entrants] :€34,912 – €56,713
There is provision to a subsequent progression to a higher salary scale, maximum €81,867
