Overview
If you are travelling to Ireland and you are not a citizen of the UK or a country in the European Economic Area (the EU plus Norway, Iceland and Lichtenstein), you may need to apply for a visa. If you are a citizen of a country listed here, you do not need a visa.
IMPORTANT: Please remember that in Ireland, work permits and entry visas are separate and are handled by separate authorities.
