Contract & Employment Document Information
Academic & Professional Services Staff
The Contracts and Payroll Team will issue documentation along with your contract. Please return completed documents to contracts@ucc.ie and complete the online medical (where applicable). A link to the online medical can be found on your contract.
You must sign and return your contract in advance of your start date in order to proceed with your post. A signed contract is required for all work permit applications.

- Direct Pay Form
- Disability Form
- Pension Related Deduction Employment Declaration
- Verification of Qualifications
- Original copy of Birth Certificate
- Research Integrity Form (where applicable)
If you are a Non EEA national your the contracts team will work with you to arrange your Work Permit
Research Staff
Your People & Culture, Research contact will issue documentation along with your contract. Please return completed documents to your post administrator.
