1.  How do I access ESS?

• Login via the  ESS Login page using your UCC email (Single Sign-On)

  Access requirement: 

  • All staff should use their @ucc.ie email account 
  • If you are an Hourly Occasional Staff member, use the email address you provided to the Payroll Office. More information is here https://www.ucc.ie/en/financeoffice/payroll/ 

  First-time users: 
  Check your email for “UCC EMPLOYEE SELF SERVICE [ESS] REGISTRATION” from noreply@per.ucc.ie to activate your account. 

  After setup: 
  Access ESS anytime at https://ess.ucc.ie 

  Tip: Check your spam/junk folder if the email is missing.
