I was recently awarded the John Coolahan Research Support Framework bursary and am researching the journey travelled in the creation of an Aonad Lán-Ghaeilge in Terence MacSwiney Community College. My work is entitled The challenges and opportunities in setting up an Aonad Lán-Ghaeilge in a socially and economically deprived area. I was a guest panellist at Féilte 2021 where I shared my research experience with participants. My findings were presented to The Teaching Council in January 2022.
