Your eligibility
Students must fulfil all academic requirements and pay all outstanding fees to be eligible for Conferring in Autumn 2025.
A formal email invitation will be sent to all eligible students (to your student email address) in Autumn 2025.

Preparing for the day
The Hub will be open for check in, gown collection, and photography 2 hours ahead of your ceremony.
You are advised to arrive early and give yourself plenty of time for the pre-ceremony arrangements.
