Your eligibility
Students must fulfil all academic requirements and pay all outstanding fees to be eligible for Conferring in Autumn 2026. Please check with relevant departments to ensure eligibility.
A formal email invitation will be sent to all eligible students (to your student email address) in Autumn 2026.
Your parchment
Degree parchments will be distributed by the President on the day of your ceremony.
Graduates who cannot attend on the day will be conferred 'in abstentia'.
Your parchment will be sent via post to the permanent home address on your file. You must include your Eircode, postcode or ZIP code and your mobile telephone number (including country code). Please ensure we hold the correct address for you via your student admin portal by your ceremony date.
