UCC and MTU to host Irish Plant Scientists' Association Meeting

The School of BEES, UCC in collaboration with colleagues at MTU will host the Irish Plant Scientists' Association Meeting this year.

When: Monday June 17 and Tuesday June 18, 2024.

Where: University College Cork

The focus of IPSAM is to provide a platform for Plant Science research especially for early career researchers and to foster a culture/future collaborations with industry stakeholders.  

Themes:

-Plant Diversity – From wildflowers to weeds 

-Systematics Conservation and Evolution 

-Plant Development and Phenology 

-Plant Biotechnology 

-Plant Stress (abiotic and biotic) 

-Applied Plant Science – From horticulture to soil 

-Science Communication

 

Abstract submission (for full oral presentation, flash talks or posters):

Closing date for abstract submission was Monday  13th May.

Abstract submission is now closed.
