The BEES Student Award Ceremony 2013 took place recently at the newly launched Cafe Diem at the School of Biological Earth and Environmental Sciences.

Suas Educational Development in partnership with the UCC Suas Society, the Centre for Global Development in UCC and UCC Film Studies are hosting 8x8 - a FREE documentary film night in the Boole Theatre in UCC on Tuesday 26th November.

Two students from University College Cork’s MSc in Organic Horticulture were presented with Belling scholarships at a recent event held in Skibbereen, West Cork.

University College Cork has honoured staff members for their outstanding contributions to university life. The Awards Ceremony held on 10th October 2013 announced the winners of three award schemes: Teaching & Learning, Staff Recognition and Research. The School of BEES was well represented.
