Advanced Entry for Undergraduate Nursing and Midwifery Programmes
To be considered for Advanced Entry into one of the following programmes, applicants must have been admitted to the equivalent NMBI-accredited programme through the CAO process:
- CK710 - BSc (Hons) General Nursing
- CK712 - BSc (Hons) Children's and General Integrated Nursing
- CK720 - BSc (Hons) Mental Health Nursing
- CK730 - BSc (Hons) Intellectual Disability Nursing
- CK740 - BSc (Hons) Midwifery
Please note: For 2024-25, CK710 and CK712 are open to applications for Year 2 only.
Scanned copies of supporting documents have to be uploaded with your UCCApply Application so please have the following documents ready for upload:
- Transcripts - Official stamped third-level academic transcripts to date
- Proof of Identity - Clear readable copy of one of the following; Passport/ Birth Cert/ Irish Driving licence (credit card format)/ Marriage cert
- Module descriptions - Descriptions of all modules completed to date as part of current programme. This information is usually available on an institute's website
- Evidence of English Language Proficiency - if applicable
