School of Pharmacy Prize – Acorn to Mighty Oak

This prize will be called “School of Pharmacy Prize – Acorn to Mighty Oak”
Eligibility
This prize is based on the student who has improved their academic grade most since first year (the greatest difference in overall aggregate in the first year and the overall aggregate fourth year).
- Students repeating failed modules at any Supplemental Examination in the first year will be eligible for the prize. (Students repeating a year will be ineligible for the prize).
- Students taking the Examination for the first time and at the first opportunity at the Autumn Supplemental Examination because of illness/injury or other mitigating circumstances will be eligible for the prize.
- Marks will be calculated by taking the aggregate of the marks obtained in the Examination taken at first attempt (Summer or Autumn) in First Year and then compared to the aggregate of marks obtained in the Examination taken at first attempt (Summer or Autumn) in Final Year.
- In the event of a tie between two or more qualified students, the total amount of the prize will be divided equally among them.
