National Bereavement Forum 2018
26 Apr 2018On 26 April 2018, Minister Simon Harris opened the one-year progress meeting of the Implementation Programme for the National Standards for Bereavement Care Following Pregnancy Loss and Perinatal Death in Croke Park. The day-long Forum brought together national and international experts along with healthcare professionals representing all 19 maternity hospitals to discuss the work of the implementation programme to date.

International Stillbirth Alliance 2017
22 Sep 2017The pregnancy loss and research group hosted the annual meeting of the International Stillbirth Alliance (ISA) from 22-24 September 2017. Professor Keelin O'Donoghue chaired the organising committee for ISA Cork 2017, and led a multi-disciplinary team involving obstetricians, midwives, scientists, services users, perinatal pathologists, chaplains, educators and researchers and parents.
