How to apply

  • Undergrad Programme;  via the CAO points system on www.cao.ie or as a mature age applicant (again via the CAO on www.cao.ie) or you can possibly transfer into our programme via the Inter Institutional Transfer Scheme (details available from Richard Barry in our Admissions Office at richard.barry@ucc.ie)
  • Postgrad Programme; via www.ucc.ie/apply

Undergrad Programme;

  • Yr 1: Occupation & Health Across the Lifespan
  • Yr 2: Children & Young People
  • Yr 3: Adults & Older People
  • Yr 4: Integrating Knowledge
  • Work Observation Visits are part of Yr 1 while Working Placements are part of Yrs 2 - 4

Postgraduate Programme:

  • A modular run programme.  Can be completed in 1 yr full-time or 2 years part-time.  5 modules need be to studied to be awarded the MSc Evidence Based Therapy Practice.

Closing dates

  • Undergrad Programme;

For CAO entries - normally the 1st Feb each year

For transfers via the International Institution Transfer Scheme - normally the 16th July each year

  • Postgrad Programme;

For term 1 - normally 31st July each year (but can be extended by contacting the Dept)

For term 2 - normally 30th November each year (but can be extended by contact the Dept)
