Certificate in Social Citizenship

Before you download and complete the application, please note the following:

• You must be at least 18 years old to apply for the Certificate in Social Citizenship (CSC).

• You must have an intellectual disability. We may ask you to give us paperwork to show that you are over 18 years old and/or that you have an intellectual disability. 
• There are 15 places available on the CSC course.
• The CSC course is not open to people who have already completed a course with UCC, including the CCL.
• Please note the closing date for applications is Wednesday, May 27th.
• You must get two references to support your application.  It is the responsibility of applicants to make sure that references are sent to Loretta Brady at idplus@ucc.ie.
• If you are shortlisted you can expect to be called to meet us in June.

• Information Evening
• Id+futures will hold an Information Evening on Monday, 18^th May from 6pm to 7:30pm. All applicants and their supporters are welcome to attend.
• Venue: Dora Allman Room, The Hub, Main Campus (location can be found at number 48 on the Campus Map)
