Overview
We will be hosting an introductory in-person workshop designed for anyone curious about Continuous Improvement and how it can make everyday work simpler, smoother, and more satisfying.
In this practical session, we’ll explore:
- What CI is and why it matters
- How small changes can have a big impact on productivity, collaboration, and student or staff experience
- Real examples of CI in action
- Simple tools you can start using right away
