Senior Lecturer/ Lecturer in Clinical Pharmacy
This wholetime permanent Senior Lectureship/Lectureship is a joint appointment between the School of Pharmacy, UCC and Townview Pharmacy Group, Mallow County Cork. The commitment to Townview Pharmacy Group will be in the role of Practice Development Pharmacist.
Applicants must have a Bachelor’s (Undergraduate’s) Degree in Pharmacy and a postgraduate qualification is essential. Previous experience in hospital/community practice will be expected and experience in teaching at third level is desirable. The person appointed will be expected to teach Clinical Pharmacy at undergraduate and postgraduate levels in the School of Pharmacy, and develop an active research group. Candidates will also be required to undertake clinical research projects of mutual interest and benefit to Townview Pharmacy Group and UCC.
The appointment shall be made at Senior Lecturer/Lecturer level on the basis of the research and scholarly profile of the appointee.
Applicants should be eligible for application to register with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland.

Salary scale [new entrants]:€36,500 - €59,293 Lecturer (€70,035 – €99,233) Senior Lecturer.
