2. How do I search for a timetable?
Please refer to the Open Timetables User Guide for step-by-step instructions on how to search for and view a timetable.

1. How can I make my timetable easier to view?
To increase the available viewing space, you can:
- Collapse the search panel by selecting the arrow icon.
- Hide the main menu by selecting the three-line menu icon beside the UCC logo in the top-left corner.
If you have a lot of activities displayed, you can use Lanes View to make your timetable easier to navigate. The scroll bar at the bottom of the screen allows you to move across the timetable and view activities more clearly. (Lanes View can be used when viewing a selected day or week but is not available when viewing multiple weeks.)
2. How do I view a full semester timetable?
You can view a timetable for a full semester by first selecting multiple weeks and then choosing a semester.
- For Semester 1: select all weeks.
- Semester 2 (2026/27): Select Weeks 24–33 and 36–37 only. (Weeks 34–35 are not teaching weeks due to the Easter break.)
3. How do I download timetable information?
Selecting Excel will download a spreadsheet containing the booking details of the selected activities. The file can be opened using Microsoft Excel.
Legends show the different activity types within a timetable, such as lectures, tutorials, and labs. You can use Legends to filter the timetable and display only specific activity types.
