About My Timetable

My Timetable allows students to build and save a personalised academic timetable by selecting the Programme of Study and/or Modules relevant to them, as directed by their department or course coordinator.

Once a timetable has been created, students can access it at any time throughout the academic year. The timetable always displays the most up-to-date information in line with departmental scheduling requirements and, by default, opens to the current week's scheduled activities.

If changes are made to scheduled activities within 10 days of the activity taking place, such as a change of time, location, or cancellation, students will receive an email notification to their Umail inbox. Changes made more than 10 days in advance will not generate a notification.

About Open Timetables

Open Timetables is a separate feature that replaces the previous Web Timetables system.

It allows users to search for and view published UCC timetable information for the following timetable types, depending on their permissions:

• Programmes of Study
• Modules
• Locations
• Departments
