How can participants access the programme?

Candidates can either self-nominate through an application or organisations can put candidates forward. All participants, and organisations where relevant, will fill out an application form which clearly set out what they want to achieve. Where there is sufficient interest from a specific profession, a profession-specific development centre may be held. For example, a DC could focus on engineers looking to accelerate their careers.
