Course Outline
This innovative programme aims to create a standardised level of knowledge and skills for people in similar roles within one organisation in terms of understanding individual, team, and organisational behaviour and how this impacts performance. Through a better understanding of key organisational behaviour principles and concepts, students will be empowered to enhance both their own performance and that of their teams. Students will also be upskilled in a range of key areas such as problem-solving, decision-making, critical thinking, and emotional intelligence so that they are better equipped to perform their role effectively in a dynamic organisational setting where flexibility, agility, and resilience are required.
