We were excited to present our project at the newly established Education and Research Centre located within the beautiful Fota Wildlife Park. The event provided a wonderful platform for engaging with an audience comprising enthusiastic researchers and students from University College Cork (UCC). It was a fantastic opportunity to connect with others who share a passion for education and wildlife conservation.

The event took place on Tuesday, 12th November at the UCC School of Biological, Earth & Environmental Sciences.

The evening was a great success and demonstrated how plant science can help us address important issues, such as biodiversity loss, food insecurity, climate change, pesticide use and pollution.
