FINTECHNEXT is a multi-million euro, four-year collaborative research programme between University College Cork and Fexco, supported by Science Foundation Ireland. FINTECHNEXT’s objective is to undertake collaborative research focussed on technological innovation in financial services that will have a significant impact on the economy and society.

- Government Departments will have direct access UCC’s expertise to increase the evidence base underpinning energy and climate mitigation policies.
- Research team is based at MaREI, the Science Foundation Ireland (SFI) Centre for Climate, Energy and Marine and the Environmental Research Institute (ERI) in UCC.
