Gene Therapy for Breast Cancer

A position is available in the Mercy University Hospital laboratory of the Cork Cancer Research Centre to investigate gene therapy approaches in breast cancer. The project will involve the investigation of various anti-angiogenic strategies and viral and non-viral gene delivery techniques. Applicants must have a first or second class honours degree in Genetics, Microbiology, Biochemistry or a related discipline and will register for a PhD.
