LECTURER / SENIOR LECTURER IN ACTUARIAL SCIENCE

College of Science, Engineering and Food Science

Applications are invited for a full-timepermanent post at the level of Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in the Department of Statistics, which is a constituent part of the School of Mathematical Sciences. The post will be filled at either Senior Lecturer or Lecturer level. The mathematical sciences are among the major research strengths of UCC. The Department provides a range of honours-level undergraduate courses and also provides a wide range of service courses in most Colleges across the University. The appointee will be expected to enhance UCC’s excellence in teaching and research in the area of Actuarial Science, and contribute to the on-going development of associated degree programmes in this area.

Salary scales [new entrants]
Senior Lecturer - €66,987 - €94,915
Lecturer -            €34,912 – €81,867
