IMPORTANT NOTES

1. The Department will teach all modules and tutorials at the assigned time on the timetable.
2. In-person teaching on-campus is a priority in line with the University and government guidelines. Face-to-face delivery is the primary mode unless otherwise stated. 
3. You will be assigned tutorials to complement your module lectures at the beginning of Semester 1. 
4. Students should monitor Canvas, the School website and Facebook page for updates. 
5. Directed Study Week in Semester 1 will take place from the 20 – 24 October 2025 inclusive.  There will be no History (HI)  lectures/classes during this week to allow students to engage with assessments and directed study. Classes will resume on Tuesday 28 October 2025.  NOTE: Bank Holiday – Monday 27 October.
6. Assessment assignments should be submitted 'online' to Canvas for the 25/26 academic year - submission of paper copies will not be necessary.
7. Modules HI1002/L EVE; HI1003/L EVE, HI1006/L EVE are evening courses for Certificate in Art students, Adult Continuing Education classes only.
