Sara is a current rural GP fellow lecturer contributing to the HC2002 module which focuses on the causes and consequences of health inequalities on health outcomes lead by Dr Caroline Burk. She has membership to the Irish College of General Practitioners (ICGP), graduating from the IMG rural ICGP Program and holds a masters degree in health professions medical education RCSI. She also holds a postgraduate Musculoskeletal Diploma from the Irish College of GPs and the Faculty of Sports & Exercise Medicine (FSEM) RCPI & RCSI, diabetes Diploma from Cardiff University and certificates in palliative care and Asthma Care from Edghill University. Currently undertaking the Leadership Academy certificate ,an initiative by the ICGP.
Her interests include rural healthcare ,Chronic non-communicable disease management and authentic leadership.
