2024 Dairy Science & Technology Summer School & Symposium
We look forward to welcoming Dairy professionals to partake in the Summer School & Symposium, learning events which will be hosted by the Department of Food Science, University of Copenhagen, 24-28 June 2024. The symposium is targeted at researchers, academics, industry, teachers and anyone with an interest in learning about the latest discoveries in Dairy Science, delivered by 12 keynote speakers. Additionally, each afternoon will feature a number of flash presentations from early career researchers.
