Guidance on Implementing the Public Sector Duty
Following pilots in six public bodies (including UCC), the Irish Human Rights and Equality Commission’s guidance on Implementing the Public Sector Equality and Human Rights Duty, is published and live on their website.
The guidance is accompanied online by video case studies from the pilot projects, FAQ’s, resources and details of upcoming information events.

UCC's PSD Pilot
Over the course of 2017 & 2018, UCC took part in the pilot of the implementation of the Public Sector Duty in accordance with Article 42 of the IHREC Act 2014.
