Introduction
UCC Student Fact Book
This new self-service provides UCC staff with access to a reliable and validated student enrolment dataset. The data is based on our annual SRS Census returns to the HEA and is designed to allow a variety of stakeholders from across the University to analyse trends in our student intake. This solution is enabled by UCC’s new Data-As-A-Service (DaaS) platform.
The data offers insights by gender, domicile, year, programme type, course, and so on.
It can be accessed only by UCC Staff. If you are a member of UCC staff, visit a SharePoint Site, which provides more details about this service.
A Power BI licence is required to access the Student Fact Book. If you are already licensed, you can view the dashboard. If you are not licensed, you may be prompted for a free 60-day trial. Alternatively, you can log a request with UCC Services Portal via portal.ucc.ie and select ‘IT Services -> Enterprise Solutions Request’ option from the Service Catalogue.
