Introduction
Athena Swan Gender Analytics
This self-service, developed in 2023, provides UCC Athena Swan Applicants with access to student and staff headcounts by gender. The data is based on the University's annual Census returns to the HEA and is designed to help applicants assess and monitor their gender equality data.
These gendered datasets offer insights by programme type, course, year, entry route, and so on.
It can be accessed only by UCC Staff involved in the Athena Swan self-assessment. If you require access to this service, please contact the EDI Data Analyst at edidatasupport@ucc.ie
