Introduction

UCC Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Annual Reports have been prepared by the EDI Unit team since the academic year 2021-2022.

They are published in the Publications section of our website and on the President's Office Reports website.

2021-2022 till 2023-2024

These reports provide a narrative overview of key events and achievements related to EDI and belonging at UCC. 

They are structured by monthly updates, highlighting stories, and the University's commitment to pursuing a more equal and inclusive work and study environment for its staff and students, regardless of their age, ethnic background, disability, gender, family or civil status, religion or sexual orientation.

2025 EDI Annual Report

Starting from 2025, the EDI Unit will use the annual report to provide focused updates on the progress and impact of the University's Key Performance Indicators in the area of EDI, as outlined in the strategic Belonging at UCC: EDI Framework and Action Plan, 2025-2028, and Athena Swan Silver/Gender Equality Action Plan, 2024-2029.
