Dental Radiography Course

Applications for the 2026 Dental radiography Course are now closed. No late applications will be accepted.

The next Dental Radiography will run in 2027. Details, application forms etc will be available on the website from 1^st May 2027.

This course will be delivered with online lectures and practical radiography sessions, radiographic technique and image processing will be done the Dental Hospital and continued in dental practice. Students will be encouraged to ask questions of the instructors on the course.

The primary objective of the course is that upon successful completion dental nurses and hygienists should be competent to undertake dental radiography to a standard required for general practice in Ireland.
