The Crow's Nest site was acquired with a view to developing further student accommodation, a health centre and ancillary facilities. The site is in a strategic location immediately adjacent to the UCC owned University Hall, Victoria Lodge and Victoria Mills developments and will be an attractive proposition for prospective students.

The development comprises a floor area of c.8,700m² Student Accommodation (255 ensuite bedrooms in 66 apartments), a Health & Wellness Centre and a café.
