• What should I do if I don’t know what section to report my fault to?

•  How do I log a call with the Maintenance Helpdesk?

Please e-mail your request to bereception@ucc.ie or contact Oliver Cunningham on Ext: 2480 for all Main Campus Maintenance requests. Office Opening hrs 9-5pm (closed between 1-2pm), Monday to Friday.

• How do I report an Emergency call outside the Helpdesk opening hours?

Please ring the helpdesk on Ext: 2480 and after a few rings you will go to message minder where you will receive the emergency number to ring for assistance

•  What information should I include in my e-mail maintenance request?

Please include your name, contact number, nature of the fault and building name and room number if applicable.

•  Can I log a routine call outside normal opening hours?

You can e-mail bereception@ucc.ie at any time or ring Ext: 2480 and leave a message at any time. All e-mails and messages will be looked at the next working day at 9am.

•  Who should I call if my request is for Brookfield Health Sciences Complex or the Western Gateway Building?
