The Youth Climate Justice project launches the Global Study on Climate Litigation Involving Children and Youth
Are you a young person taking climate action through the courts? We’d love to hear from you!
As part of the Youth Climate Justice project at University College Cork (Ireland), we’re talking to children and young people who have taken part in climate litigation. We want to learn from your experiences to better understand how legal systems can support young people in the fight for climate justice.
If you were between 8 and 25 years old when your climate court case began, we invite you to take part in a confidential 40-minute online interview. Participation is voluntary, and you can skip questions or stop at any time. Your identity will be protected, and we’ll use a pretend name (pseudonym) in any publications.
You’ll receive €50 compensation for your participation and time.
Your story can help shape future legal strategies, improve access to justice, and strengthen children’s rights in climate action worldwide.
