The participation event will bring together the research area's staff. It will be where the clusters' work will be presented and tested for acceptability at this pre-implementation stage.  The clusters comprise 31 TUSLA professionals who work within the research area and signed up to participate. Participants selected their group of preference across four domains identified within Phase 1 of the project, which are centred around the following: practitioner resilience, collaborative practice, child's journey across teams, and working with children and families. The TUSLA professionals started work on the projects in January 2025 and are working towards this event, where they will bring forward ideas for practice and implementation informed by the TARA Project that will be tested using acceptability measures.
