We ran urban fossil walks in Cork, Tullamore, Dublin, Tralee, Limerick, Galway, Waterford, Westport, and Kilkenny for National Heritage Week 2025. The public joined us to explore some of the best and most spectacular fossils visible in the building stones, walls and footpaths in these towns and cities. Together we explored the secrets of the fossils, explaining how they formed, where they lived, and even how they died. We were delighted to be awarded the County Winner in the National Heritage Week Awards for the Tralee Fossil Walk. Our Heritage Week walks were attended by almost 300 people.
