Food-EPI Türkiye Workshops

Four online workshops (19-20 March and 26-27 March) have been completed in the process of developing the Healthy Food Environment Policy Index for Türkiye (Food-EPI Türkiye). 

Academics from the fields of Nutrition and Dietetics, Public Health and Food Engineering contributed to the process. During the meeting, the policy and infrastructure support areas of the Food-EPI were analysed in detail, current practices in Türkiye were evaluated, and areas for improvement were identified by comparing them with best practice examples.
