New IMPRESS Project off to a good start

The kick-off meeting for a new research project started today at Teagasc in Ashtown. The Horizon Europe-funded IMPRESS project is an international collaboration between 14 partners in 7 countries.

The new 4 year EU funded project on the circular economy is looking at turning fish processing waste into valuable new products. The project kick-off meeting was officially opened by Minister McConalogue, Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine.
