Research Network

The Youth Climate Justice Research Network brings people together for events and other initiatives relating to research on climate justice and the rights of children/youth.

About the Research Network

The aim of the Youth Climate Justice Research Network (YCJRN) is to bring together academics, practitioners, children and youth interested in and/or working at the intersection of climate justice and children's rights. We examine, bring attention to, and better understand child and youth climate action.

Members of the YCJ Research Network receive updates on and are invited to participate in research exchanges, events, and blogs on issues relating to children's rights, environmental rights, and climate action. Members are also invited to contribute to our monthly newsletter, which features news on events, open calls, and publications related to these subjects.

Membership is free and open to all, no matter what age or background! If desired, members aged 18 and over can choose to have their profile appear on our website.

As part of the network, we host a monthly online research forum, where members can present their ongoing research or share published or in-progress papers. Occasionally, we have special guest speakers on a specific topic.

Read our data protection notice.
