Changes to Registration
The following changes to research student registration must be submitted on the new GEM platform. Please note you must be registered to log into GEM. If you are not registered, please contact grauateeducationmanager@ucc.ie regarding your change request query.
- Change of Start Date
- Change of Supervisory Team
- Leave of Absence
- Extension
- Change of Mode of Attendance
- Change of Programme
- Change of Thesis Title
- Change of Approved Period of Study
- Recommencement of Programme
- Withdrawal from Programme
- Change/Addition of Module (Structured programmes Only)
